I honestly make up all my dishes as I go. I do not use recipes, what I use is my food list from the Wahls Paleo Plus lifestyle combined with what is in my fridge and how much energy I have. You will note I have specific flavors I work with often because I like them. I like using items that are in season for cost and taste but definatley have my staples I buy every week.
