Bok Choy Soup with Fish
Bok Choy Soup with Fish is full of everything good and feels amazing going down, you can feel it healing your body almost. Beautiful to serve.
Ingredients:
1 bunch Bok Choy Leaves -slice up the hard ends
Any Meaty White Fish pieces
6 large Mushrooms
5 Cloves Garlic
1 small Onion
2-3 Celery ribs
1/2-1 Red Pepper
4-5 Green onions
4 Plum Tomatos
2 Limes
1 qt Chicken broth
1 can full fat Coconut Milk
S&P
Garlic & Onion Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
Several dashes -Fish Sauce
Splash – Sesame Oil
Coconut Oil
Garnish: Cilantro
Saute your onion, celery, red pepper, tomatos, bok choy sliced hard ends, mushrooms and garlic in 1-2 tbls coconut oil. Season.
Add broth and bring to a simmer then add milk and heat through.
Add coconut aminos, fish sauce, sesame oil and lime juice.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
Add fish pieces, cover and cook for 10-15 mins gently.
Line your serving bowl with bok choy leaves and ladel the fish stew over.
Garnish with cilantro and green onion.
