Holiday Shrimp & Sausage Breakfast
Holiday Shrimp & Sausage Breakfast is perfect when you want to make something a little extra special for the family. Full of flavor and so beautiful. There may be a mimosa pictured…hehe
Ingredients:
Spinach
Shrimp
Uncured smoked Sausage
Green Onions
Broth
Ghee
Lemon Juice
S&P
Garlic
Chili Flakes
First I slice and brown my sauasage in my cast iron skillet. Remove.
Next I add ghee and garlic and give a quick turn in the pan and then add my shrimp. Season with S&P.
Once the shrimp starts turning pink add in some broth to help finish the cooking and deglaze the pan of any yummy bits.
Toss in sausage and mix.
Pour over spinach.
Serve with fresh fruit with full fat coconut milk and cinnamon. I like to use martini glasses or something pretty for fruit.
