Dishes

I have broken away from my mindset that I need to cook a meat, a veg and a starch. I view my food as “all-in-one” now. How do all the flavors I am using work together? Will they be awesome piled in a bowl and consumed together? I like layering my dishes today, as it makes a beautiful feast for the eyes as well as my palate. It can make some of the simplest foods seem like rockstars. Not to mention it makes my cooking style much faster.
