Chicken Crack Cobb Salad
ingredients
*for 1 bowl
1 Head of Bibb lettuce (or any greens that float your boat)
handful small tomatoes cut in half
1 hard or soft boiled egg
3 inches of cucumber sliced
1/2 an avocado cubed
1 stalk celery sliced
Red onion to taste
2 pieces of bacon – uncured and sugar-free (I used thick cut here)
6-8 oz Chicken Crack
Dressing ideas – Mustard Vinaigrette, Primal Kitchen “Green Goddess” dressing or good ole EVOO & lemon
