Pizza Bites

These Pizza Bites checked all the boxes for us! Easy to make, gluten free, dairy free and grain free. Made with Otto’s Cassava Flour you an whip these up fast. If you have kids let them top their own and make a party of it. No rolling needed, I make these by hand, because nobody has time for that! If you don’t have homemade sauce hanging around, just buy some clean jarred sauce that has zero preservatives, colors or sugars. Get creative, no wrong answers here!

They can be made crispy by making thinner, or a deep dish softer feel by a bit thicker.

Pizza Bites

Dough ingredients

1 cup Ottos Cassava Flour

1/3 cup warm water

1/4 cup full fat coconut milk

2 Tbls Olive Oil

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp lemon juice

Avocado Oil

How To

Theres a basic tortilla recipe on the back of the Cassava Flour bag that I basically “Natalified”. Just mix all ingredients, except avocado oil, until its the consistency of play dough.

Heat an iron skillet over medium heat with a light coat of avocado oil.

Form 3/4 inch balls and press between palms, place in heated pan. Brown on each side.

Once I have browned them I add the desired toppings while in pan. Remove after a couple minutes.

If you have more patience than me, remove and place on sheet pan, add desired toppings and place under oven broiler for a few minutes.
