Roasted Spaghetti squash can be eaten so many ways! Added to salads, in place of traditional noodles, in casseroles and dips. There are many methods to cooking a spaghetti squash, I prefer the basic oven roasting. This recipe is easy and a bit spicy. If you do not want it spicy just omit the dried chili flakes.
Roasted Spaghetti Squash
ingredients
1 Spaghetti Squash
Avocado Oil OR Coconut Oil
S&P
Garlic & Onion granuales
Dried Chili Flakes
How To
Preheat oven to 375
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Cut the squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds.
Rub oil on the inside. Sprinkle with all the seasonings.
Turn over on pan. bake 1 hour in oven. Remove.
Use a fork to remove the spaghetti strands OR peel skin off.
You can drizzle a little more EVOO and season as you like.
