Green Smoothie
Green Smoothies are as varied as the people. I tend to get stuck on ones I really like. I have found I really like using frozen organic berries, cinnamon and kombucha. Discover what you like!
Green Smoothie:
1-1 1/2 cups Spinach
Little bit of Kale
Stalk Celery
1 inch Cucumber
Handful Broccoli Spouts
Arugula microgreens
1/2 Can Full fat Coconut Milk
1/4-1/2 Bottle Cranberry Kombucha
1 Cup Frozen Berries-bluberries, strawberries, dark cherries
1-2 Power Packs
1 tsp Spirulina
1 tsp Cinnamon
Turmeric
Cloves
*1x a week 1 tsp Chlorella
