Roasted Red Pepper Cauliflower Hummus
ingredients
2 cups roasted cauliflower florets
2 Fire Roasted Sweet Red Peppers (I buy them in a jar, you can roast along with your cauliflower as well)
3 Tbls EVOO
2 Tbls Tahini
1-2 Tbls lemon juice (I like the tang of 2)
1-2 Tbls water
1 clove garlic
Pinch Salt,
Pinch onion
Pinch dried chili flakes
How To
Combine all ingredients in blender EXCEPT water. After blended add as much water as needed to desired consistency. Taste for flavor adjustments.
