This Mustard Vinaigrette is great to make at the beginning of the week and store in the fridge for a quick grab. Also makes a great marinade for chicken and fish. If you are keto just omit the raw honey and you are good to go! 9 times outa 10 I don’t even use the honey because I like the tang.
Did you know eating raw garlic is the most beneficial way to eat it? When cooking garlic, make sure to let it sit 10-15mins before adding to the heat. This will give the enzymes a chance to form and maximize the benefits!. Cooking it actually decreases the benefits if not prepared properly. Thats why I add chopped garlic to many of my dressings.
Mustard Vinaigrette
ingredients
1/2 cup EVOO
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbls brown mustard
pinch salt
1 clove garlic minced
pinch black pepper
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
How To
In a small glass jar, combine all ingredients, close tightly and shake until thoroughly combined. Store in fridge until serving.
