This is one of my husbands all time favorite dressings and dips, my Avocado Dressing. Full of flavor, good fats and can be made spicy if you wish! I use a lot of brands here that you can find in the stores hopefully, if not I will try to make suggestions. I love this Avocado Dressing made thick and used in a chopped salad or as a dip best!
No this is not a sponsored post for the brands mentioned, I am just sharing because it’s yum and easy!
Avocado Dressing
ingredients
1/2 avocado
3 tbls Farmhouse Culture Garlic Dill Gut Shot (you can totally use pickle juice too)
2 tbls avocado may from Chosen Foods (you can totally make your own too)
1 tbls Franks Hot Sauce (ONLY the regular flavor, all the others have junk)
1/2 tsp pepper
pinch salt (I have been using Redmond’s lately)
Good shake of Trader Joes Everything but the Bagel seasoning (its a mix of garlic, onion and sesame seeds basically)
How To:
I use my immersion blender to whiz this up in 2 mins! Grab your cup that works with your blender, place all ingredients in and give a good whirl until smooth and creamy.
Last, mix in the Everything But The Bagel seasoning, it adds a nice crunch and flavor that you will love.
I use this dressing a lot on my chopped salad and just about anything else, its that yum.
