Chia Seed Pudding

This is my version of the AHmazing and healthy Chia Seed Pudding! I make it up the night before in a glass jar and leave overnight, so perfect for breakfast the next morning. Chia Seeds are packed with Omega 3’s, fiber and protein making them a superfood for all. I also incorporate raw honey into mine, another superfood that is amazing for the immune system. Make sure you use quality, organic, unprocessed ingredients and this Chia Seed Pudding will become your new healthy go to treat.

Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

makes 1 serving

1 cup almond milk (or any nut milk)

3 Tbls chia seeds

1/4 Tbls raw almond butter

1 Tbls coconut manna

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp (or more) raw cacao

splash lemon juice

pinch Himalayan salt

How To

Grab a small glass jar with lid.

Add all ingredients except nut milk, and stir well. Then add milk, place lid on and give a good shake. There may still be little chunks of the coconut manna, that’s ok, they are delicious when biting into them:)

Place in fridge overnight.

Next day, enjoy! Top with fruit to make it extra delicious. Beware, this is addictive!
