I have broken away from my mindset that I need to cook a meat, a veg and a startch. I view my food as “all-in-one” now. How do all the flavors I am using work together. Will they be awesome piled in a bowl and consumed together. I like layering my dishes today, as it makes a beautiful feast for the eyes as well as my palate.
