This veggie sammie is one of my all time favorite treats! Yes, a treat! I do not typically eat a lot of sprouted bread, maybe 2-4 times a month. I do like to make this for family whenever. I really do not ever miss having meat when eating something as delicious as this. It literally is finger licking good. Get your napkin ready!

Ingredients
Food for Life sprouted grain english muffin
Homemade mayo or Chosen Foods
Grass fed ghee – here I used 4th & Heart
Spinach
Tomato slices
Avocado slices
Cucumber slices
Red onion slices
Pickle slices – I like Bubbies
1 tsp Italian seasoning
S&P
First toast your muffin, then spread on that ghee. Next, simply layer on all the veg. Mix the seasonings in with the mayo and dollop on top, smash sammie together! Commence eating!
