Guys, this Creamy Kimchi Dressing is one of my new go-to’s. I buy kimchi and always have leftover juice in the jar that I will add to soup and other dishes, but making this salad dressing is so easy and yum! You can even add a bit of the kimchi itself when blending but not necessary. If you are new to eating Kimchi, this would be a great way to introduce yourself to it.
Creamy Kimchi Dressing Ingredients
Equal parts Kimchi Juice & Full Fat Coconut Milk (I use spicy kimchi)
1- 2bls Nutritional Yeast (more probiotics)
Few dashes sesame Oil
Place all ingredients in blender cup and give a whizz. Pour on all your salads. The End.
