I typically have a big smoothie or brunch  in the morning about 11am, this allows my body to fast 12-14 hrs between meals. No, I do not walk around hungry. This lifestyle is so packed full of nutrient dense greens/veggies and good fats.

Smoothies are as varied as the people. I tend to get stuck on ones I really like. I have found I really like using frozen organic berries, cinnamon and kombucha. Discover what you like!
