This Matcha Collagen Smoothie will have you dreaming of warm sunny days and everything a smoothie should taste like. Let’s face it, smoothies are usually ugly because everything gets thrown in there but the kitchen sink! This Matcha Collagen Smoothie is actually pretty because of the bright green coloring in Matcha. Honestly, you can mix up the fruit to whatever you have on hand. Experiment with flavors and see what you like. I have tried with pineapple, however it does have a high sugar content, so I would suggest sticking with berries if you are trying to keep carbs down or your in ketosis. Also, buying large bags of organic berries at Costco saves soooo much money, they average about $10 for those BIG bags!!
Why I drink Matcha Collagen
- Rich in Antioxidants: Matcha green tea is packed with antioxidants, which can help fight free radicals in the body and promote long-term health.
- Promotes Bone, Joint, and Skin Health: Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and is responsible for the maintenance of healthy connective tissues, such as bones, joints, skin, hair, and nails.
