My Standard Grocery Lists

I have shopped around for the last year trying to figure out the best places to source things in my town without spending all my time running around. I have finally settled on Whole Foods Market for the majority of my weekly shopping. I have found when buying almost all produce they are the best price…shocking, I know. So, this is a standard list of things I pick up weekly. Understand that it does not include some things I pick up here and there to try or one-offs. This is truly stuff I buy weekly to keep on hand to create my eats.

Tip #1 – I suggest sticking to the outside of the aisles, although there are a few items I grab in the aisles

My kids have moved out so now I feed my hubby and myself = I spend an average of $250/week.
