Sweettart Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen dark cherries
4 frozen pineapple pieces
1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbls beet powder
1 tbls coconut butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1.5 cups packed baby spinach
Kombucha – just enough to blend (I use GT’s Trilogy)
How To
The above is how I layer into my smoothie cup and blend away! Feel free to add spirulina or chlorella, aloe, cinnamon….whatever floats your boat that day!
P.S. it is sweet, if you want to make it less sweet just omit the pineapple:)
