Ranch Dip
I really wanted to creat a Ranch Dip I could enjoy when snacking, they go together right? It makes me feel normal.
Ingredients:
1 can full fat Coconut Milk
1-2 tbls Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut Vinegar
First place your can of milk in fridge for a few hours to have the cream harden.
Carefully open the can, do not shake, and remove all the hard cream off the top and place in your blender.
Next add the vinegar, start with 1 tbls and blend.
Next taste, if it tastes like sour cream, stop. If it does not, add the other tbls.
At this point you have dairy free sour cream! Bonus.
To make the Ranch Dip:
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
S&P
1/4 tsp Celery Seed
Dried Parsley, Dill and or Chives-any or all of these are fine
Blend. Place in a bowl and put back in fridge for a few hours to let the flavors mingle. Adjust all your spices accordingly.
