I make a mean traditional Italian Sub and now I make this delicious Hoagie Boats to satisfy all the cravings. It is so fast to make and always a winner with my hubby, actually, he makes his own now:) You can mix up the toppings as you like and according to what you have handy, the basics still apply. You can have this for breakfast, lunch or dinner, your body doesn’t care.
2 Romaine Leaves
2 pieces Preservative Free Turkey and/or Uncured Ham OR Rotisserie Chicken
4 pieces Uncured Salami
Banna Peppers or Jalapenos
Red Wine Vinegar Drizzle
Grab your Romaine leaves, smear a bit of mayo, then place your meats and veggies. Drizzle a little bit of EVOO and Vinegar, top with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, S&P.
Tip – Serve with pickles and beet chips. And or a nice cup of bone broth with half an avocado chopped and added.
