Green Goddess Smoothie

Over the years I have developed my go to Green Goddess Smoothie that really is the foundation to most of my smoothies. It has all the good fat, leafy greens, veg and fruits for a good balance. Keeps me full and satisfied all by itself most days, although sometimes I will have it along with an egg, avocado, bacon etc. This base recipe can be adjusted easily to fit your taste buds! More cherries will yield you a sweeter smoothie. If you are trying to stay in ketosis you may not want to add more cherries though, keep it the mix I have here. Feel free to add collagen powder, more supplements or different veg you may have on hand! Don’t be scared if the color goes a funky brown, that’s what mixing alllll the colors yields:)

Tip – I always have these ingredients in my fridge on any given day.
