Do you like garlic? I mean do you love garlic? Meeeeee too! This Garlic Chicken and Kale Jar Meal will tickle your fancy. Garlic has so many healing and health benefits as well, especially when eaten raw. It’s considered a sulfur if your trying to balance your daily intake of greens/sulfurs/meat/probiotics. Only second to turmeric in benefits, everyone should be eating it daily! Just a few things it will help you with; potential cancer fighter, combats heart disease, controls blood pressure, treats colds & infections, improves dementia symptoms, reverse hair loss, and treats diabetes. Garlic Chicken & Kale Jar Meal
ingredients for 2 1 qt Jars
2 Chicken breasts shredded
1 tbls Ghee
Shake of Garlic & Onion granules
S& to taste
2 Stalks celery sliced
1/2 cup radish sliced into sticks
3/4 cup Red Cabbage shreds
4-6 cups Kale
Handful raw Pumpkin Seeds
2/3 cup fresh Parsley roughly chopped
2 Eggs soft boiled
*1/2 cup Quinoa OPTIONAL (not keto but your fam may like) you can also use cauli rice here if desired
How To
First, prepare your chicken. You can use already cooked rotisserie chicken or simply boil 2 chicken breasts and shred. Then toss with the ghee, s&p, garlic and onion. Set aside for now and let cool if warm.
Next, make your Garlicky Dressing and lightly massage about 1/4 cup into the kale. Don’t overwork it as it will continue to break down the kale while hanging out in your fridge. If adding quinoa or cauli rice, stir in with kale. Set aside.
Boil your eggs if you don’t have any ready.
Slice and chop all other ingredients to prep for the layering.
Let’s Layer! Starting from the bottom up divide the ingredients between the 2 jars
Chicken
Celery
Radish
Cabbage
Egg
Kale
Place jar lid on tight and stash in the fridge until hungry. When ready to eat, simply open and pour into a big bowl and give a little toss!
