If I told you this Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl was good for you, I do not think you would believe me. So indulgent tasting but with zero guilt. Totally paleo and keto friendly. Perfect go to during the summer months.
Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
1 cup ice
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (more if needed to blend)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries & cherry mix
2 cups baby spinach
2 Tbls raw almond butter
1 Tbls coconut butter
4 Tbls raw hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings – 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries and blackberries, shredded unsweetened coconut
Blend all ingredients except the toppings. Scoop into a pretty bowl and top with fresh berries and coconut shreds.
Tip – you could drizzle with more almond butter if that’s your jam:), or any raw nut/seed
