Haha, yes you read that correctly, Chocolate Cherry Coffee Smoothie! Totally tastes like a treat and good for you. Perfect for the midday pick up or adding into your breakfast if making a small plate too. So we are filing this goodie under smoothies and treats:)
Guess what secret ingredient it has? Cauliflower! Pinky promise you will never ever taste it.
Chocolate Cherry Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
3/4 – 1 cup cooled coffee (I always drink organic, favorite local is Charleston Coffee Roasters)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen dark cherries
1/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice (I buy in a bag at Wholefoods for 1.99)
1/4 – 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
1 Tbls raw cacao powder
2 tsps lemon juice (I buy a glass jar of organic lemon juice since I use it allll the time)
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: 1 scoop collagen
Blend all together and ENJOY!
