This is is a super simple and refreshing Summer Cucumber Salad! Say that 5 times fast 😉 This is fresh, crunchy, hydrating, cleansing and oh so delicious. The herbs in here really play a huge roll, so don’t skip them, they are key. Best part, takes 5 mins to prepare. I will be serving this along side all my summer burgers.
Summer Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
6 ribs celery sliced
1 seedless cucumber (I used 3 small ones here)
1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
3 Tbls EVOO
2 Tbls lemon Juice
S&P
Optional 1 small Granny Smith Apple chopped
How To
Pep and mix all in 1 bowl. The end.
