Let’s Build a Salad, shall we! You should have everything you need in your fridge to build a gorgeous salad that is delicious. The combosĀ are endless, so get creative. Hell, I get creative at the end of the week when I am cleaning the fridge out, lol. You cant make it wrong. Concentrate on adding as many colors as possible. Raw veggies are always great but do add any leftover veggies from the night before. Here are just a few examples of ones I have made.
They can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner! If you are using it as a complete meal, make sure you have a good balance of ver, good fats and meat if desired. make them as big as you want!
Build a Salad
Bibb lettuce, cucumber, tomato, S&P, with this dressing from Trader Joes.
Baby spinach, cucumber, egg, cheez crackers, kite hill cheese, go raw spicy seed mix. Served with Kombucha and fresh fruit.
Baby greens, leftover roasted brussels, radish sprouts, egg, strawberry, blueberry, walnuts, kite hill cheese, EVOO, balsamic, S&P.
Spinach, leftover roasted brussels, rotisserie chicken sauteed with some mushrooms in ghee, leftover farro, green onion, EVOO.
