When I am at home and want to snack on stuff I still make the time to make it pretty. One because it makes me slow down and think before putting something in my mouth. Two because it looks pretty.
Beet Smoothie
I like Beet Smoothies because they are so pretty in color. I only have these maybe once a week as beets have a lot of sugar. I use them raw and unpeeled…I do wash them, I am not a complete heathen.
Greens, Egg & Ham
This is really fast to make and looks yum, greens, egg & ham. Really just follow the picture and you can do it! Think about adding a rainbow of colors and getting in your sulfurs too.

I started making these frozen little gems of goodness when some of my fresh veg started to go wilty before I was going to get to it. Now I am completely addicted to having them in my smoothies everyday. Sometimes I buy stuff just to make them.
