Sunday Breakfast

Nothing is better than a lazy Sunday Breakfast. I love these beef patties paired with anything and nothing….delicious!

Ingredients:

2 Beef Breakfast patties – from US Wellness Meats

1.5 cups Spinach

1 cup Mushrooms – sliced

1/4 Onion – sliced

1 clove Garlic – chopped

Cherry Tomatos

First I cook my breakfast patties in my iron skillet. Remove and place over spinach.

Next I add in my sliced onions, and mushrooms and saute a bit and then add the garlic. Season with S&P, garlic and onion powder. Remove and place over spinach and patties.

Add some tomatos and drizzle with basalmic vinegar and EVOO

Kombucha

Ice Cubes
