Soups
Soups are a great way to warm your soul, comfort you and get some really great nutrition fast. I love everything from dinner soups and stews to smooth and creamy ones that get better with age and can be consumed by the mug full. Soups are also a super way to make sure you never waste one item in your fridge, as you can use veg that may be a bit wilty and give it a second life. I also make large batches and freeze so days when I am not well I can take my medicine.
