Rotisserie Chicken Kale Salad

I can eat this rotisserie chicken kale salad anytime of day! I make it almost every week as it gets better the longer it hangs out in the fridge. I eat it cold and is a great travel food when placed in a mason jar.

Rotisserie Chicken Kale Salad

Buy an organic rotisserie chicken and pick

Place in a large bowl and add tons of fresh raw kale

Additions: red onion, cabbage, celery, peppers….whatever veg you like! I tend to use the hardier ones as I make this salad to hang out for a few days and do not want things to get soggy.

Top with my asian dressing, toss well
