Mint Smoothie
I really wanted to start using mint in my diet but had really never experienced it in much except cocktails. So I gave a mint smoothie a try and really like this combo! It almost tastes like a treat.
Ingredients:
1/2 Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Dark Cherries
6 oz Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 Stalk Celery
Small Handful of Fresh Cilantro
1-2 Large Fresh Mint Leaves
Small Handful Kale Sprouts
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Spinach
Strawberry Kombucha (enough to blend smooth)
ADD ONS: Would be yummy with cacoa and or avocado (I do not like avocado in my smoothies, but many people do)
