This Fat Bomb can be mixed in a separate dish, jar or right in your nut butter jar if you’re lazy. This is great for me to eat by the spoonful when I am traveling, mid day or when I have a headache it seems to help.
2 tbls Nut Butter – I prefer crunchy almond, you can make your own as well
1 tbls Coconut Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
Stir all ingredients until blended. Eat by the spoonful.
TIP: I have added ground flax, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and made into balls, rolled in raw nuts and sprinkled with sea salt that I stored in the fridge.
