I make this cabbage salad almost once a week to keep on hand. I like to use it as a relish for meats, salads, wraps and even as a filler when making pork wraps instead of cauliflower. It is easy to make, bright in taste and keeps for days in the fridge.
Ingredients:
Red Cabbage
Green Cabbage
Bunch Cilantro
Lemon- juice and zest
S&P
I either slice the cabbage into strips or run through my chopper along with the cilantro.
Place in a bowl.
Zest the lemon and add to the cabbage.
Juice from the lemon S&P to taste.
Done. Beautiful.
