I typically have a great big smoothie in the morning during the week about 9:30am, this allows my body to fast 12-14 hrs inbetween meals per Dr. Wahls recommendation on Wahls Paleo Plus. No, I do not walk around hungry. This lifestyle is so packed full of nutrient dense greens and good fats sometimes I have to make myself eat all the food she recommends in a day!
